As a charitable foundation, the TUI Care Foundation is steered by an independent Board of Trustees currently consisting of five Board Members. The Board of Trustees oversees all activities of the Foundation and sets the strategic framework for the Foundation´s development. The members and the chairman are appointed for a period of three years and are re-electable. Board members receive no remuneration, either direct or indirect, for the activities they carry out for the Foundation. 

The TUI Care Foundation is headquartered in the Netherlands and works with an international team across Europe. The Foundation’s strategy and projects are executed in accordance with the framework set by the Board of Trustees. The directors and other team members receive remuneration for their work on behalf of the Foundation; the directors and the communications team members are paid by TUI and the programme team members by the Foundation.
