Empowering leaders in Portugal

Social challenges can be turned into entrepreneurial opportunities! The TUI Futureshapers programme, in partnership with IRIS, has been teaching teams of young entrepreneurs in Portugal just that. By providing onsite training, mentorship, webinars and field trips, the TUI Care Foundation has been supporting eight social entrepreneurship projects on their way to becoming fully-fledged enterprises.
